Proud to celebrate the graduation of the third cohort of the National Construction Academy (NCA), and the first graduating class from the Riyadh branch, with a total of 425 graduates. This cohort will be exclusively employed by AlBawani. Further demonstrating’s the group’s commitment to nurturing young Saudi talents.
This milestone is especially significant as it marks the first cohort to include 72 Saudi women graduates from NCA, a reflection of the growing role of Saudi women in shaping the Kingdom’s future across technical and professional sectors.
As Chairman of NCA, Mr. Nasser AlShawaf reaffirmed AlBawani’s commitment to investing in and empowering Saudi talent, believing that national capabilities remain at the heart of sustainable development and is a key requirement to meet the aspirations and ambitions of Vision 2030.
