NEOM Hospital is a landmark healthcare project delivered by AlBawani Construction to support the rapid development of NEOM and its surrounding communities. Strategically located near NEOM Bay Airport, the 50-bed facility is designed to provide high-quality medical services while meeting the demands of speed, flexibility, and future expansion.

Developed on a 100,000-square-meter site with a built-up area of 49,000 square meters, the hospital offers comprehensive emergency, outpatient, and diagnostic services, in addition to a dedicated VVIP suite with private access. The facility was designed with a strong focus on rapid deployability, operational efficiency, and long-term scalability, aligning with NEOM’s vision for next-generation healthcare infrastructure.

AlBawani Construction adopted a fully modular construction solution utilizing PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) with fully integrated MEP shafts and corridors, enabling accelerated delivery without compromising quality or performance. The hospital was officially handed over on 21 May 2023, demonstrating ABCC’s expertise in fast-track, technically advanced healthcare projects.
